1. Steel plate material cutting

2. Submerged arc welding to fix the beam
The second step is to fix the cut web, upper and lower flanges to the welding points, and then use submerged arc welding technology to weld the I-shaped main beam.
3. Laser calibration, docking vertical scale
Cut out a U-shaped hole on the web of the main beam first, and then fix the welded I-beam in parallel. The result of docking vertical scale is very important. If the parallel error of the two I-beams is large, very serious tire wear will occur.
4. Connect the side beams and weld the traction pins

7. Lay the floor
This process is to lay steel plates with a thickness of 4mm on the load-bearing platform of the low bed trailer. 8. Frosted and spray finish
